Spicy Chorizo Tacos 🌮🔥
Flavor-packed tacos with spicy chorizo and fresh toppings that’ll make your taste buds dance.
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) chorizo sausage (removed from casing)
8 small soft tortillas
1/2 red onion (sliced)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco
1/2 cup salsa verde
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the Chorizo: Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add chorizo and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and cooked through (5-7 minutes).
Warm the Tortillas: Heat the tortillas on a skillet for 30 seconds on each side.
Assemble the Tacos: Spoon the cooked chorizo into the tortillas. Top with shredded lettuce, sliced red onion, queso fresco, and salsa verde.
Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
