Pancakes filled with Nutella cream

Ingredients :

For the pancakes:
1 cup of all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of melted butter.
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
For the Nutella cream filling:

1/2 cup Nutella
1 cup of heavy cream
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Garnir:

Fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries)
Powdered sugar
Whipped cream (optional)

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, salt, and sugar until the dough is smooth and free of lumps. Let batter rest for about 10 minutes.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and tilt it to spread batter evenly, creating a thin layer.
Cook the pancake for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to rise, then flip and bake for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Remove pan and put aside. Repeat with leftover dough.
For the Nutella cream filling, whip together Nutella, heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth and fluffy.
Once the crepes are cooked, spread a generous amount of Nutella cream filling over each crepe and fold them into quarters or roll them up.
Top with fresh berries, a dusting of powdered sugar and whipped cream (optional). Serve right away and enjoy!
