Sausage Rolls
Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
250g sausage meat
1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 2 or 3 rectangles.
3. Divide sausage meat into equal portions and shape into logs.
4. Place sausage in the center of each pastry rectangle.
5. Fold pastry over and seal the edges using a fork.
6. Brush with egg wash.
7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and puffy.
