These smokey Pork Neck Espetadas are marinated in our Sticky Plum & Soy Marinade before grilling over hot coals, resulting in a deliciously charred and tender result. Espetadas differ from sosaties in that the pieces are much chunkier (about 4 cm chunks), and the meat is removed from the skewers upon serving (one espetada can feed more than one person).
