✔ 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank), cut into bite-sized pieces
✔ 2 tbsp olive oil
✔ 2 tbsp butter
✔ 1 small onion, diced
✔ 3 cloves garlic, minced
✔ 2 cups beef broth
✔ 1 ½ cups heavy cream
✔ ¼ cup zesty Italian dressing
✔ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
✔ 10 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or rigatoni)
✔ ½ tsp smoked paprika
✔ ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
✔ ½ tsp black pepper
✔ 1 ½ cups shredded parmesan or mozzarella cheese
✔ ¼ cup fresh parsley (for garnish)

1️⃣ Sear the steak: Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot over medium-high heat. Sear steak pieces until browned, then remove and set aside.
