Turn classic Jello Candy Melts into a fun, adult-friendly treat with a boozy twist! These bite-sized sweets are creamy, flavorful, and pack just the right amount of kick.
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 packet (3 oz) flavored gelatin (Jell-O)
½ cup liquor of choice (vodka, rum, tequila, or flavored liqueur)
Granulated sugar (for coating)
Instructions:
Mix the Base
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add powdered sugar and continue mixing until fully incorporated.
Add Flavor & Booze
Divide the mixture into separate bowls if using multiple flavors.
Stir in 1-2 tablespoons of flavored gelatin powder per bowl.
