Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff 🍄
Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into chunks
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth (low sodium)
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 cup sour cream
12 oz egg noodles, cooked
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Place beef stew meat in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Add chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and Dijon mustard.
Pour in the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth. Stir gently to combine.
Add sliced mushrooms on top.
Cover and cook on Low for 7–8 hours or on High for 4–5 hours, until the beef is tender.
Once cooking time is done, stir in sour cream and let it heat through for about 10–15 minutes.
Serve over cooked egg noodles and garnish with parsley if desired.
