2 cups baby potatoes, halved
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
For the Cheesy Broccoli:

1½ cups broccoli florets
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
🍽️ Directions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Garlic Butter Potatoes:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
