π€ Creamy Garlic Shrimp Alfredo Pasta πβ¨
Ingredients:
For the Shrimp:
12 large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp butter
For the Alfredo Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
ΒΌ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
200g fettuccine pasta
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. SautΓ© the Shrimp:
Heat olive oil and butter in a pan. Add garlic, then shrimp.
Cook 1β2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
3. Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic, and sautΓ© 30 seconds.
Pour in cream, bring to a simmer, then add Parmesan cheese.
Stir until smooth and creamy. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
4. Combine Everything:
Add pasta to the sauce, toss well, then add shrimp back in.
Mix until evenly coated.
5. Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan.
