🍬 Bêtises de Cambrai
Traditional striped mint candies from northern France 🇫🇷.
Ingredients:
• 500 g sugar
• 150 ml water
• 50 g glucose syrup
• Peppermint extract
• Food coloring
Instructions:
1️⃣ Boil sugar, water, and glucose until caramel stage.
2️⃣ Add peppermint extract and coloring.
3️⃣ Stretch and fold candy until glossy.
4️⃣ Cut into striped pieces and cool.
