🐟🍋 Sole Meunière
A classic French fish dish where sole fillets are lightly floured, pan-fried in butter, and finished with lemon juice and parsley. Simple yet elegant 🌿🐟✨.
Ingredients:
• 4 sole fillets
• 100 g flour (for dredging)
• 100 g butter
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
• Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Season fillets with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
2️⃣ Heat butter in a pan until foamy.
3️⃣ Fry sole fillets 2–3 min per side until golden.
4️⃣ Remove fish, add lemon juice and parsley to pan butter.
5️⃣ Pour sauce over fish and serve immediately with potatoes or greens. 🍋🐟
