Creamy Pecan Pie Balls (No-Bake)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans for rolling
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, caramel sauce, and a pinch of salt to the cream cheese. Mix until fully combined.
3. Stir in finely chopped pecans and graham cracker crumbs until the mixture is well blended.
4. Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, form the mixture into small balls.
5. Roll each ball in the chopped pecans to coat the outside.
6. Place the pecan pie balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow them to firm up.
