A baked pasta pie layered with meat sauce and melty cheese—a true showstopper from southern Italy!

📝 Ingredients:
• 12 oz macaroni pasta
• 1 cup meat sauce (ragù or Bolognese)
• 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper
Butter for greasing

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and cool slightly.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, mix pasta with meat sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Grease a baking dish with butter. Pour in the pasta mixture.
4️⃣ Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
5️⃣ Let it rest a few minutes before slicing.
