Ingredients:
2 medium potatoes
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Wash and peel (optional) the potatoes.
2. Slice the potatoes very thinly. You can use a mandoline or a sharp knife.
3. Soak them in cold water for 20-30 minutes to remove excess starch (this helps them crisp up).
4. Drain and dry well with a paper towel or a clean cloth.
5. Drizzle with olive oil and mix well so all the slices are lightly coated.
6. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for a few minutes.
7. Arrange the slices in a single layer (you can do them in batches so they don't overlap).
