βοΈ 2 teaspoons baking powder (8g) π°
βοΈ Β½ teaspoon baking soda (3g) π
βοΈ Β½ teaspoon salt (3g) π§
βοΈ Β½ cup milk (175g) π₯
βοΈ Β½ cup concentrated orange juice, thawed π
βοΈ ΒΌ cup vegetable oil (54g) π’οΈ
βοΈ Orange zest from one orange (optional) π
βοΈ 1 tablespoon orange extract π
βοΈ Orange coloring gel for desired shade (optional) π¨
πOrange Cream Cheese Frosting
βοΈ 3 sticks unsalted butter, softened (339g) π§
βοΈ 16 oz cream cheese (full-fat) π§
βοΈ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (4g) π¦
βοΈ 1 teaspoon orange extract (4g) π
βοΈ Β½ teaspoon salt (2g) π§
βοΈ 7 cups powdered sugar (805g) π
βοΈ Orange coloring gel (optional) π¨

1οΈβ£ Preheat oven to 325Β°F. Grease and flour three 8-inch pans, lining with parchment paper.
2οΈβ£ In a medium bowl, whisk cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt for 30 seconds. Set aside.
3οΈβ£ In another bowl, combine milk, vegetable oil, orange juice, orange extract, and zest. Set aside.
4οΈβ£ In your mixer, combine softened butter and cream cheese. Mix at medium speed until smooth.
