Decadent No-Bake Twix-Inspired Caramel Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup melted butter
1 cup chocolate chips
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups heavy cream, cold
1½ cups caramel sauce (plus more for topping)
1 cup chopped Twix bars
Whipped cream and extra chopped Twix, for garnish
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
In a separate bowl, melt chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler. Allow to cool slightly.
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
Pour in the heavy cream and continue to beat until soft peaks form.
Gently fold in the cooled melted chocolate and caramel sauce until well combined.
Fold in the chopped Twix bars.
Pour the filling over the chilled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, until firm.
Before serving, drizzle with more caramel sauce, add whipped cream, and garnish with additional chopped Twix pieces.
