This recipe brings me right back to early mornings at the farmhouse with the smell of biscuits, sizzling sausage, and hot coffee in the air. Itβs pure comfort, baked into one delicious dish. Make it for breakfast or brunch, and itβll feel like a warm hug from home. π§‘
π Ingredients:
β’ 1 can refrigerated biscuits (cut into quarters)
β’ 1 lb breakfast sausage
β’ 1 packet country gravy mix (plus water per package directions)
β’ 3 cups frozen hashbrowns (thawed)
β’ 1 Β½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
β’ 6 eggs
β’ Β½ cup milk
β’ Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375Β°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
In a skillet, brown sausage until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
Prepare the gravy according to package instructions, then stir sausage into gravy.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together.
Layer biscuit pieces in the bottom of your baking dish.
Spread hashbrowns over the biscuits, followed by half the cheese.
Pour egg mixture evenly over the top.
Spoon sausage gravy over everything, then sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake for 35β40 minutes, until eggs are set and top is golden.
Let rest 5β10 minutes before serving.
