🍕 Pepperoni Pizza Bombs
Ingredients:
• 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
• 32 slices pepperoni
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• Optional: marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat Oven:
• Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
• Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2️⃣ Fill the Dough:
• Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch round.
• In the center, place 4 slices of pepperoni and about 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese.
• Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
3️⃣ Bake:
• Place all bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
• Mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Brush over the tops of each dough ball.
• Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
4️⃣ Serve:
• Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
