𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙮 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙙 𝘽𝙪𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙧 𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙠🥩✨🧀
Ingredients:

For the Burger Patties:
1 lb ground beef (80% lean for juiciness)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella)

1/4 cup finely chopped onions

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

For the Steak Sauce:
2 tbsp butter

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup beef broth

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Cheese Stuffing:
In a small bowl, combine the shredded cheddar (or your preferred cheese) with the finely chopped onions. This mixture will be stuffed inside the burger patties to give them that cheesy surprise.

Set aside.

2. Make the Burger Patties:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Mix gently with your hands or a spoon until everything is well combined.

Divide the meat mixture into 8 equal portions to make 4 large patties.

Take one portion of the meat and flatten it into a round patty. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center.

Take another portion of the meat and form another patty. Place it on top of the cheese-filled patty and pinch the edges together to seal the cheese inside. Repeat for the remaining patties.

3. Cook the Cheesy Stuffed Burger Steaks:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Once hot, add the stuffed burger patties. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the burgers are cooked to your desired doneness. Be careful when flipping as the cheese inside can cause the patties to be a little delicate.

Let the patties rest for a few minutes once cooked to allow the cheese to set inside.

4. Prepare the Steak Sauce:
While the burgers are resting, melt the butter in a separate pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pan, cooking for 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant.

Pour in the beef broth, heavy cream, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.

Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Assemble the Cheesy Stuffed Burger Steaks:
Plate the cheesy stuffed burger patties and generously spoon the rich steak sauce over the top.

Serve with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes, crispy fries, or a fresh salad.
