π Ingredients:
1 Β½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Β½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Β½ cup frozen spinach (thawed & well-drained)
2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
1 tbsp sour cream
ΒΌ tsp garlic powder
ΒΌ tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
On your baking sheet, place small mounds of shredded mozzarella and cheddar (about 1 tbsp each per crisp), keeping them spaced out.
Top each cheese mound with a small spoonful of the spinach mixture, pressing lightly into the center.
Bake for 10β12 minutes, or until the cheese edges are golden and crispy.
