Pineapple Balsamic Vinaigrette (Salad Dressing)
A taste of Hawaiian cuisine for your Salad, with honey and Balsamic vinegar!
Recipe:
1 cup pineapple puree
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup extra virgin oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
In a large glass container, add pineapple chunks and use immersion blender to make a puree. Add Balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Whisk and mix well till combine. Serve on your salad or use as marinade. Keep in refrigerator up to 3-4 days. Enjoy!
