Sizzling Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Spaghetti Pasta

Ingredients:

For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp dried thyme or rosemary (optional)

For the Creamy Spaghetti:
12 oz spaghetti
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/4 cup of pasta water.
2. While pasta cooks, season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
3. Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic to the skillet with steak. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant. Remove steak bites and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
5. Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
6. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
7. Plate the creamy spaghetti and top with sizzling garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
