Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Alfredo Tortellini
**Ingredients:**
- 1½ lbs steak bites
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini
**Alfredo Sauce:**
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1½ cups grated Parmesan
- Salt & pepper to taste
**Instructions:**
1. Boil tortellini according to package instructions, then drain.
2. Sear steak bites in butter and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
3. For sauce, melt butter, add cream and Parmesan, simmer until thick.
4. Mix sauce with tortellini. Plate with steak bites on top and drizzle with garlic butter from the pan.
