Here's a simple recipe for a cheese, bacon, tomato, and mushroom omelet in an air fryer:
Ingredients (1 large serving or 2 small):
3 eggs
2 strips of bacon (cooked or raw)
1/2 tomato, cubed
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
Salt and pepper to taste
A splash of milk (optional, to make it softer)
Spray oil or butter (to grease the pan)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3-5 minutes.
2. Cook the bacon if it's raw: place it in the air fryer for about 5-7 minutes until crispy. Then prick it into pieces. 3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt, pepper, and milk (optional).
4. Add the chopped bacon, tomato, mushrooms, and cheese to the bowl. Mix well.
5. Grease an air fryer-safe baking dish (silicone or metal, like a ramekin). Pour the mixture into the dish.
6. Place the dish on the air fryer and bake at 160-170°C (320-340°F) for 12-15 minutes, or until the center is firm and cooked through.
7. Let stand for 1-2 minutes, and you're done!
