🥩🧀 Crockpot Loaded Steak and Potato Bake

Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
2 lbs potatoes, diced into 1-inch cubes
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
½ cup heavy cream or milk
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup sour cream (for serving)
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
Prepare the Crockpot: Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray.
Layer the Ingredients:
Add half of the potatoes to the crockpot.
Layer half of the steak pieces over the potatoes.
Sprinkle half of the onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, steak, and seasonings.
Add Liquid: Drizzle melted butter and heavy cream over the layers.
Slow Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender and steak is cooked.
Add Cheese & Bacon: Sprinkle cheddar, mozzarella, and crumbled bacon on top. Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and a dollop of sour cream.
