Caramelized Pear & Goat Cheese Crostini 🍐🍯🥖
**Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 pinch salt
**Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and toast baguette slices until golden.
2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add pear slices. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cook until caramelized.
3. Spread goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
4. Top with caramelized pears.
5. Warm honey slightly and mix with rosemary and a pinch of salt. Drizzle over crostini.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
