Chocolate Mousse
A rich and airy chocolate dessert.
Ingredients:
1 cup dark chocolate
½ cup heavy cream
2 eggs, separated
2 tbsp sugar
Method:
Melt chocolate and mix with egg yolks.
Whip cream and fold into chocolate.
Whip egg whites and fold in.
Chill before serving.
