🇫🇷 Choucroute Garnie 🥔🥩🌭
A hearty Alsatian dish of sauerkraut, sausages, and meats—perfect with mustard and potatoes!
Ingredients:
• Sauerkraut – 800g
• Smoked sausage – 2
• Bratwurst – 2
• Pork belly – 200g
• Potatoes – 300g
• Onion – 1
• White wine – 200ml
• Bay leaf – 1
• Cloves – 2
• Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Rinse the sauerkraut and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté chopped onion in a large pot.
3️⃣ Add sauerkraut, bay leaf, cloves, wine, salt, and pepper.
4️⃣ Place pork and sausages on top, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
5️⃣ Boil potatoes separately and serve everything warm with mustard.
