🌶️ Savory Cajun Chicken over Creamy Parmesan Linguine
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
8 oz linguine pasta
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add Parmesan cheese and stir until sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
Toss cooked linguine in the Parmesan sauce.
Top with Cajun chicken strips and garnish with parsley if desired.
