If you're craving a rich and flavorful dish, this Shrimp Pasta in White Sauce is your answer! Quick, creamy, and oh-so-delicious! 🍤🍝✨

Ingredients:
- 12 oz linguine or fettuccine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz andouille sausage, sliced into rounds
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning or Vegetable Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
1. Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once bubbling, add the pasta of your choice and cook according to the package instructions until it's perfectly al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Toss in the shrimp, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, and cook them for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Once done, remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

3. Next, take the sliced andouille sausage and add it to the skillet. Cook until it's nicely browned, which should take about 3-4 minutes. Once browned, set it aside with the shrimp.

4. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and a tablespoon of butter. Sauté the sliced red and yellow bell peppers for about 4-5 minutes until they soften. Then, toss in the minced garlic and let it cook for another minute until fragrant.

5. Now, reduce the heat to medium and stir in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

6. Whisk in the Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Keep stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes luxuriously creamy.

7. Finally, add the cooked shrimp, sausage, and pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together until every strand of pasta is well-coated with the sauce.

8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve it warm. Enjoy every bite of this creamy, savory delight!
