Juicy Steak and Succulent Shrimp in Garlic Butter Bliss
Ingredients:
2 steaks (ribeye or filet mignon)
1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup white wine (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
Directions:
Season steaks with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove and let rest.
In the same skillet, add butter and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
Add shrimp, cooking until pink and opaque, about 2–3 minutes per side.
Deglaze the pan with white wine (if using) and lemon juice, simmering briefly.
Return steaks to the skillet, spooning garlic butter shrimp over them.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately, drizzling extra sauce over the top.
