Creamy Caramel Apple Fudges
Ingredients:
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup finely diced dried apples
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup thick caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until completely melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Fold in the dried apples and caramel sauce, gently swirling to create ribbons of caramel throughout the fudge.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Drizzle additional caramel sauce on top and gently swirl with a knife.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Once set, cut into squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
