Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Parmesan Crust Topping:
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
For the Garlic Parmesan Breadcrumb Layer:
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Grill or pan-sear chicken on medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine mozzarella, shredded Parmesan, ranch, sour cream, and red pepper flakes. Spread evenly over each piece of chicken.
In another bowl, mix panko, melted butter, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and parsley. Sprinkle over the cheesy topping.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until the topping is bubbly and golden brown.
Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
