Braised Oxtail Plate with Sides
Ingredients:
2 lbs oxtail
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups beef broth
Seasoning (salt, pepper, thyme, paprika)
Sides:
Mashed potatoes (with butter and cream)
Creamed spinach (spinach + cream + garlic)
Carrot and lentil sauté (carrots, lentils, tomato sauce)
Cabbage slaw (cabbage, cucumber, mayo, and bacon bits)
Instructions:
1. Sear oxtail, add onion, garlic, tomato paste, then broth and seasoning.
2. Cover and simmer for 2–3 hours until tender.
3. Serve with the sides and enjoy!
