Ingredients:
5 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
¾ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup shredded mozzarella
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
Mash boiled potatoes with Greek yogurt, mozzarella, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly into a greased 9x9-inch pan. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes or until the top is lightly browned. Garnish with parsley. Perfect for dinner parties or cozy nights!
