Filet Mignon with Creamy Parmesan Mustard Sauce 🥩🧀

Ingredients:

2 filet mignon steaks 🥩
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp butter 🧈
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 🧀
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp whole grain mustard
1/2 tsp dried thyme 🌿
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) 🌿
Instructions:

Season filet mignon with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, then remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, and dried thyme. Stir well.
Mix in grated Parmesan cheese and simmer until sauce thickens.
Return steaks to the skillet, spooning sauce over them to warm through.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes:
