Steak and Shrimp
Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks
1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
Directions:
Season steaks with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side (or to preferred doneness). Remove and let rest. In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic and shrimp. Cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Serve the juicy steak topped with buttery shrimp. Optional: garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary for aroma and flavor.
