Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, herbs, salt, and pepper. Sear in a pan until golden and cooked through, then slice. Meanwhile, boil the fettuccine until al dente. In another pan, melt butter and cook garlic, then stir in cream and Parmesan to make a rich Alfredo sauce. Toss pasta into the sauce and mix well. For the potatoes, roast them in the oven with oil and spices until golden and crispy. Plate pasta with sliced chicken on top, pour extra sauce, and serve with roasted potatoes and fresh parsley.
