- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup unsweetened plant-based yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Start by cooking the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain it and set it aside.
