Creamy Garlic Pasta
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons butter
3 cups chicken broth (more as needed)
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 pound spaghetti
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Add butter and stir constantly until melted.
Pour in the chicken broth, then season with pepper and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Add spaghetti to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 12 minutes or until al dente. Add extra chicken broth as needed to prevent sticking.
Once pasta is cooked, stir in the Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and dried parsley. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well combined.
Serve immediately while hot and creamy.
