1 stick Nescafé (2g instant coffee)
1 cup hot water (very hot)
For the Chocolate Ganache:

200g dark chocolate, finely chopped
200ml heavy cream
2 tbsp unsalted butter

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven: Set to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans or line them with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

3️⃣ Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
