Air Fryer Beef Jerky

Ingredients:
1 lb thinly sliced beef steak (sirloin steak, round steak)
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional, or add more for spicy jerky)

Directions:
Prepare the Marinade: In a large mixing bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, honey, onion powder, and chili flakes. Mix well to create the marinade.
Marinate the Beef: Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.
Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 160°F (70°C) or the lowest temperature setting available.
Arrange the Beef: Lay the marinated beef slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overlapping for even cooking.
Cook the Jerky: Cook for 2-3 hours, flipping the slices halfway through. Cook until the beef is dried out but still slightly chewy. Cooking times may vary based on your air fryer model and beef thickness.
Cool and Store: Remove the jerky from the air fryer and let it cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
