Steak with Garlic Cream Sauce Recipe 🥩🧄🍶

Ingredients:

2 ribeye steaks (or your preferred cut)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup beef broth
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:

1️⃣ Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
2️⃣ Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks to your desired doneness (medium-rare, medium, etc.). Once done, remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
4️⃣ Pour in the beef broth, stirring to deglaze the pan and scrape up any brown bits.
5️⃣ Add the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Simmer the sauce, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to your liking.
6️⃣ Serve the steaks with the garlic cream sauce drizzled on top.

Notes:

For a lighter option, you can substitute beef broth with vegetable broth.
This dish pairs beautifully with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or even a fresh salad for a complete meal.
