🥩 Grilled Ribeye with Garlic Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks (1–1.5” thick)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
Garlic cream sauce:
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp parsley, salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Season steaks and grill/sear to desired doneness (about 4–5 min per side for medium).
In a saucepan, melt butter, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Add cream, simmer, then stir in Parmesan until thickened. Add parsley, season, and spoon over steak.
🦐 Seared Shrimp with Bacon
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
½ tsp paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
4 strips bacon, cooked & chopped (or wrap shrimp pre-searing)
Instructions:
Toss shrimp with seasoning.
Sear in oil or butter for 2–3 minutes per side.
Top with crumbled bacon or serve with bacon-wrapped shrimp.
🥔 Creamy Mashed PotatoesIngredients:
2 lbs potatoes, peeled & cubed
½ cup heavy cream or milk
4 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Boil potatoes until fork tender.
Mash with cream, butter, salt & pepper until smooth.
🥦 Steamed Broccoli
Steam or microwave broccoli florets with a pinch of salt and lemon or garlic butter until tender-crisp.
🧀 Cheddar-Stuffed Dinner RollsIngredients:
Refrigerated biscuit dough or scratch dough
Cubes of sharp cheddar
Melted butter + garlic + parsley for brushing
Instructions:
Wrap biscuit dough around cheese cubes.
Bake until golden, brush with garlic butter.
