🍞 Hearty High-Protein Buckwheat Bread: Delicious & Gluten-Free
ingredients:
- 2 cups buckwheat flour (240g)
- 1 cup warm water (240ml)
- 1/2 cup oat flour (50g)
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal (25g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml)
- 1 teaspoon salt (5g)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (4g)
directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine buckwheat flour, oat flour, flaxseed meal, salt, and baking powder.
3. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
4. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
6. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
7. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
