Ingredients
For the Avocado Toast:
1 slice whole-grain or sourdough bread
½ ripe avocado
½ teaspoon lemon juice
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Toppings:
3-4 mushrooms, sliced
1 teaspoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 boiled egg, sliced in half
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
½ teaspoon fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)
For the Side:
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small broccoli floret, steamed
Directions
1️⃣ Prepare the Avocado Spread:
Mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
2️⃣ Sauté the Mushrooms:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
