Spicy Grilled Fish Tacos 🌮🔥
Fish tacos with a spicy marinade, grilled to perfection, and topped with a zesty slaw.
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) firm white fish (like tilapia or mahi-mahi)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
1/4 cup sour cream
8 small tortillas
Instructions:
Marinate the Fish: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Coat the fish in the marinade and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
Grill the Fish: Heat a grill to medium-high and grill the fish for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through and flaky.
Make the Slaw: In a bowl, toss shredded cabbage with cilantro and sour cream.
Assemble the Tacos: Place grilled fish on tortillas and top with spicy slaw.
Serve: Serve immediately with lime wedges.
