Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger 🧀🍔
Ingredients:
2 (1/4 lb) ground beef patties
4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
4 slices crispy bacon
1 brioche burger bun, toasted
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions:
1️⃣ Season the beef patties with salt and pepper, then grill or pan-fry them for about 4 minutes per side.
2️⃣ Add cheddar cheese on top of the patties and cook until melted.
3️⃣ Spread mayo, ketchup, and Dijon mustard on the toasted bun.
4️⃣ Layer the bottom bun with one patty, add 2 slices of bacon, place the second patty on top, and finish with more bacon.
5️⃣ Top with the bun and serve immediately!
Notes:
Feel free to add grilled onions or pickles for extra crunch.
You can use pepper jack cheese for a spicy twist!
