Chicken Spaghetti Lo Mein 🍜

Ingredients:
8 oz spaghetti noodles
2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup shredded carrots
½ cup sliced bell peppers
½ cup snap peas
2 green onions, chopped
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:
Cook Spaghetti – Boil spaghetti according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
Marinate Chicken – In a bowl, toss sliced chicken with soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Cook Chicken – Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Sauté Veggies – In the same pan, add carrots, bell peppers, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
Combine Everything – Return chicken to the pan, add cooked spaghetti, and pour in oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together and cook for 2 minutes.
Garnish & Serve – Top with chopped green onions and red pepper flakes if desired.
