📝 INGREDIENTS:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup salsa
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
8 flour tortillas
1 cup enchilada sauce
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

🔔 INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1: PREPARE THE FILLING
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

STEP 2: ASSEMBLE THE ENCHILADAS
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
